I am here to look after you through your health and wellness journey. Each step of the way I will have your back!! We will work closely together to get your mind, body and spirit back in balance. It's not a fun life when you carry the burden of illness with you everyday, especially when you want to be active and happy and hang out with your friends. Saying "no, I can't make it", or "I can't coz I don't have the energy" was an everyday occurrence for me and I fell into a hole and struggled to life.
I got so tired of being tired all the time... I was also so disappointed in myself for not enjoying life and not being able to do the things I used to do because I had let illness creep into my body and mind.. It was not fun waking up everyday dreading what was ahead of me and having to paste on a smile and pretend everything was going great... That's when I decided to really make some magic and get back to my bouncy and bubbly self!!
I saw a health and wellness coach and my life began to open up to new possibilities... It was amazing and scary all at once!! I started doing more yoga, meditating, setting life and health goals, smiling more because I wanted to, and connecting my mind, body and soul back in balance. I was on a fabulous wholefood program and decided that I was really ready to help others achieve such amazing benefits.
I have also been diagnosed with an autoimmune dis-ease and adrenal fatigue, which I have been healing through an holistic approach with nutrition, acupuncture, herbs, yoga & exercise, meditation and by doing my own research. Yes I have these illnesses, but I am not these illnesses!! It is not how we are supposed to live, our body is amazing and with the right tools can reverse or heal most illnesses or dis-ease.
I want to be able to share my journey and everything I have learnt and gone through with others and to help them bring balance back into their lives and then share the love with their families. The more I learn the more beneficial it is for you.

In my own personal experience, it costs more to have an illness than it does to work on your wellness. I lost friends, had to cut back hours at work, didn't have the energy to socialise, couldn't be bothered making proper meals, put on weight and lost my confidence and self-esteem. Now I have a job I love, beautiful friends who support me, energy to live, a clear mind to continue study and a love of life again.
