I love creating and tasting new recipes. All my recipes are dairy free, mostly gluten free ( I use spelt flour) and refined sugar free!! But that doesn't mean you are missing on yum flavours!

We need to live a balanced lifestyle and that includes our diet. We need healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein so that our body cells can be nourished and replenished properly. 


"Eat a rainbow of vegetables and fruit daily" - Feed your body with nourishing and high energy foods.
