Health is Wealth
Health and wellness is my absolute passion and my life. I am a Qualified Personal Trainer, a Qualified Children's Nutritionist, an Accredited Kids Yoga Teacher, an Accredited Kids Fitness and Bootcamp Instructor, an online Health & Wellness coach and a Crystal Reiki Practitioner. I have completed my Diploma in Health Science and am excited to continue into my Bachelor of Health Science for Western Herbal Medicine.
Bringing passion and vitality back into my life, has helped me understand why I need to share this with you and your families.

Each session is carefully planned, in each session your child will build strength, flexibility, self-confidence, self-awareness, self-love and self-worth.
Your child will learn mindfulness, creativity, calmness, peace and tranquillity.
I understand that all children are different and I just adore what each child brings into the session.
Sessions are a safe space for each child, with the freedom of expressing themselves without judgement or criticism.
